Ram Ratan Brand Identity & Packaging

A regional food brand repositioned with a clearer identity
and visual system rooted in Indian cultural symbolism.

Packaging Direction

The identity extends into product packaging through a bold red base, simplified typography, and culturally familiar visual cues.

The pouch shown illustrates layout structure, hierarchy, and visual tone rather than a final manufactured pack.

The visual direction follows the same language developed for the Ram Ratan identity and packaging system.

TEZ Agarbatti
Logo Repair

A correction exercise focused on improving the balance, stroke consistency, and structural clarity of the existing TEZ wordmark while retaining its recognizable character.

The original lettering had inconsistent stroke weight, irregular curves, and uneven character proportions. These inconsistencies weakened the visual stability of the mark and reduced its impact when used on packaging and promotional materials.

The revised wordmark corrects spacing, weight distribution, and edge quality.
The result is a cleaner, more stable logotype that maintains familiarity while improving brand credibility.

The lettering was redrawn to stabilise stroke weight, smooth abrupt edges, and align character proportions.
This preserves the hand-drawn personality while improving visual balance.

The surrounding frame elements were simplified to remove unnecessary visual noise and create a clearer structure around the wordmark.

The refined mark provides improved clarity and scalability, making it more suitable for product packaging, printing, and digital use.

Additional refinements to the surrounding identity frame are currently under development with the client.

Social media was chosen as the first platform to introduce the brand, allowing its presence to grow organically before traditional advertising.

The films focus on the experience of incense rather than the product itself. AI was used strategically to transform rising smoke into symbolic imagery—visualizing the magical atmosphere agarbatti creates while aligning with the audience’s growing curiosity around AI-generated visuals.
